Final Sale Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@elysiansandra.store with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item received
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we'll process a refund or send a replacement for qualifying cases only. There's no need to mail anything back to us.
What's Not Covered
- Change of mind after purchase
- Ordering the wrong item by mistake (please reach out before your order ships if you need to make a change — contact us as soon as possible after ordering)
- Minor cosmetic differences that do not affect the functionality of the product
